I believe that learning to write is an integral part of learning to think, and that learning to think is an integral part of learning to write. In my teaching, I draw on my undergraduate experience as a student of English literature, my graduate experience as a student of law, and my professional experience as a practitioner and teacher of legal writing. I aim to engage my students with texts that will set them on a lifelong path of engagement with knowledge.
