This annual collection of wondrous, poignant and very funny animated shorts from around the world is back by popular demand.

Back by popular demand, this curated selection of the "best of the best" animated short films returns to theaters across North America this spring. Featuring 14 films from around the world, the 23rd edition of the program offers an array of highly creative, thought-provoking and moving works that reflect the filmmakers' unique perspectives and their relationship to the world.

This 23rd edition features a few favorites from previous years, as well as new works in a variety of animation styles, from stop-motion to hand-drawn mini-masterpieces. Samurai warriors, soccer players, singing cats and pigs who cook are just a few of the colorful characters to wow your imagination.

Discussion follows with the Animation Show of Shows curator Ron Diamond
