Join us for a lecture on the joy of mindful walking and hiking, cultivating a deep connection with the world around you, and ultimately embracing the path of happiness.
This talk, offered in collaboration with the Dartmouth Outing Club, will explore ideas that are presented in the upcoming book by the same name. The talk will discuss how to discover the joy of mindful walking and hiking, cultivating a deep connection with the world around you, and ultimately embracing the path of happiness as a way of life.
This event is part of a week of presentations, discussions, meditation practice, and retreats with senior monastic Dharma teachers in the Plum Village Tradition of scholar, poet, peace activist, and Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh from Deer Park Monastery in California.
