Prevent and overcome burnout by knowing your limits and committing to self-care.
Between work, home responsibilities, and an always-on culture, burnout is all too common. But by knowing your limits and making self-care a priority, you can protect your energy, focus, and well-being. In this virtual session, led by mental health professionals at Headspace, you’ll learn simple strategies to help you reset, recharge, and prevent burnout down the road.
As a reminder, staff, faculty, and students receive free access to the mindfulness and meditation app, Headspace.
