An introductory mindfulness practice session including sitting meditation, mindful movements/walking meditation, a brief reading, and sharing.
Every Sunday, you're invited to join in an introductory mindfulness practice session, including sitting meditation, mindful movements/walking meditation, a brief reading, and sharing. The practices are in the Plum Village tradition of Buddhist Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. No registration or prior experience is needed. All are welcome!
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
